1. Booking

By booking an appointment with Benson's Auto Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Bookings can be made through our website, over the phone, or via email. A valid email address and phone number must be provided for booking confirmation and communication purposes.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Service Area

Benson's Auto Detailing is a mobile service that operates in Bucks County, PA. Additional fees may apply for locations outside this area.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments (Zelle, Venmo, CashApp).

 

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and store your personal information, including email addresses and phone numbers, for the purpose of booking and providing our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your vehicle's safety, Benson's Auto Detailing is not liable for any damages that may occur during the detailing process. We have a stringent pre-check process to identify and handle areas that may be damaged or starting to wear. We collect all items before vacuuming and make an effort to return anything that is not obviously trash to the owner. While the chance of damage is minimal, we want our customers to be aware of this policy. We have never damaged a car and have processes in place to keep any such incidents to a statistical minimum.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Benson's Auto Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or our website.
